After coming back to the batcave after around 6 months Bruce notices things have been stolen. If you chose the batman ending then Superman would already be in the ohantom zone. If you picked the Superman ending you find out that Superman tried to rule the earth with braniacs ship and technology but was blasted into the phantom zone.
If you chose the Suoerman ending in injustice 2 it will still play out the same but a little differnt as some things change in the story such as dialog and characters. Supergirl went on to take over as Superman while he was in the phantom zone.
